What it means

A ban in force stops the player doing this here: at the venue, at its organisation or on the Platform. The answer says neither which one nor why.

What to do

Do not retry. Show one neutral message whatever the ban’s scope, as the kiosk’s “Please see the front desk” does, and never a reason.

Example

The API answers with status 403 and this body, as application/problem+json. A detail may be added, saying what went wrong this time; it is for people, and changes.
