What it means

The venue checks a player’s identity before a session starts, and the check its rule asks for has not been done for this player.

What to do

Start the ID check, in the kiosk where the venue offers one, or send the player to the desk. Start the session again once the check is done.

Example

The API answers with status 403 and this body, as application/problem+json. A detail may be added, saying what went wrong this time; it is for people, and changes.
